Hello Sono is committed to delivering high-quality services and educational experiences. To maintain fairness and operational integrity, we have outlined the following refund policy:
Nonrefundable Services
The following services are nonrefundable once purchased or initiated:
POCUS Exam Review Packages
Program Implementation Support Services
Custom Consultation and Advisory Services
These services involve time-sensitive planning, credentialing oversight, or custom deliverables and, therefore, are not eligible for refunds.
Workshop Refund & Transfer Policy
At Hello Sono, we understand that schedules can change. To provide clarity and fairness to all participants, we’ve outlined our standard refund and transfer policy for workshop registrations:
Refunds
Full refund minus processing fees if the cancellation request is received 30 days or more before the workshop date.
50% refund minus processing fees if the cancellation request is received 15 to 29 days before the workshop date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop or for no-shows.
Please note: All refunds exclude payment processing fees charged by our payment provider are typically non-refundable and range from 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost. To do so, please notify us by email no later than 7 days before the workshop date, including the replacement’s name and contact information.
Agreement
By purchasing services or registering for a workshop, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
